I got this "miro Computer" S3 Virge card, that seems to have a composite TV out. The ANT and S-Video are not connected to the board, but the TV OUT and LINE OUT are...
Any idea how to make it work?
I'm running Windows 98se. Tried couple of different drivers, but I couldn't find any setting that will enable the TV Out.
In fact none of the drivers that I tried added anything to the control panel

Thanks.

I don't know for sure, but it's definitely possible that the TV-Out is meant to show the output from an optional S3 Scenic MX2 (MPEG decoder daughterboard). Basically, if you had one and it was accelerating some MPEG playback it might send a copy out the Composite-out.

Old precedes antique.

That should be correct. Diamond released an almost exact version of that card, with the exception that the connectors were on the add-on card, which also came with a new bracket with the cut-outs for these. Without the MPEG add-on, those connectors won't do anything. The ViRGE chip itself does not produce composite output and there's no video encoder chip on the card either.
