Need help identifying 286 motherboard

I've received this 286 motherboard lately. I've had a look online but can't find any matching motherboards online.
Im hoping someone can identify this motherboard, since the locations of the simm slots are quite unique.
It uses the Headland HT102 / HT101 chipset. There's a similar one that has 4 simm slots on the side of the board, but the jumpers aren't the same.

Just wow. SLIGHT mispositioning of the one Headland IC on the picture, but I recon that's the board!!! Thank you a million times over!
