Can You Identify this Motherboard Based Only on the IO?

I found this computer for sale online, but the ad does not list the motherboard, CPU, etc.

Can anyone help me identify the motherboard based on the IO? Hopefully the yellow and orange RCA type connectors will give it away.

It looks rather like the EVGA 123-K8-NF47-AX, except with one RJ-45 jack on the back panel missing and the "RCA type connectors" (actually S/PDIF coaxial input & output) coloured differently. The graphics card being installed in the fourth expansion slot down also corresponds with the motherboard layout.

Pick it up and let us know for sure. 😉
