Does anyone know of a way to create a bat file or something similar that can be used to changle screen resolution in Windows? I am asking because I have some games that require the user to MANUALLY change screen resolution. I know how to do this, it it VERY annoying to have to manually change resolution everything you play a game and then quit the game.

Since most games change the computer's resolution automatically I would think they should be a way to somehow find that code and tie to the any game via bat file.

Please help if you can.

Well, I found a file called "setres.exe" which will automatically change resolutions with a shortcut, so if anyone is interested; try a google search. It is a lot easier than going through properties manually, assuming you actually need to change resolution relatively often.
