In DOS 6.2 Do you need to edit the Autoexec.bat or Config.sys to enable VLB 32bit access ?
For VLB controllers and graphics cards ?

DOS has nothing to do with them. You need to have the appropriate drivers for Windows (3.11, 9x, etc., native or otherwie) "to enable VLB 32bit access".
