I am using 86Box, running Windows 95, when i do stuff, it creates an awful stuttering noise when sounds play and the numbers on the top of the 86Box window are like 87% all the way down to 40%.

Is there anything that you run that runs better on 86box/pcem over dosbox?

The higher emulated cpu clock, the slower it will be due to the dynarec, just wait for the new dynarec.

200Mhz MMX is very demanding. Try 166Mhz non MMX.
