I cannot seem to get cybermage to work for more than a few minutes without crashing. After it does, I cannot play the game until I reinstall. Can anyone help me figure out how to run this game?

I'm trying the same game - I get it running but the sound sucks. What are the OS machine spec etc you are trying to run it on?
