I tried what SNOVER said in this post
Running Ripper under XP

And now i have sound with Ripper.My problem is that when i try to run the Ripper.exe with the 'Run with VDMS' option i get :

An error was encountered while attempting to load and display the Tip of The Day:Last error reported by Windows:0x0000007e - The specified module could not be found.The initialization process will now continue.

After that the game starts and i have sound.What error is this?

And something else the sound in the game is not very clear.What can i do to fix this?
