VDM Sound and Mo Slo

Hello, I've been trying to get Wing Commander 2 to work for my newer PC.

When I run the program with VDM Sound out of windows (right click and Run with VDMS) I get sound and music, but the game runs too fast. When I run the game in DOSBOX, the game runs smoothly but no sound.

I downloaded Mo Slo to try to get it to run slower with VDMS. Problem is, you execute Mo Slo out of the command prompt. So I go to the command prompt and I type in "dosdrv" and then run Wing Commander with Mo Slo. However, it doesn't work like it does out of Windows with VDMS. In Windows it says theres Expanded Memory and speech is enabled, but out of the command prompt it says no expanded memory as if I didn't use VDMS at all. Can anyone help? I saw in the readme something bout configuring VDMS for the command prompt. How do I do that? Is that the problem?

Jargon, create a BAT/CMD-file that starts MoSlo + WC2. Then use VDMSound to start the BAT/CMD-file instead of starting WC2 directly.
