i have some small Question!
does any Game or Program ever read from the MOS SID Chip on the SSI-2001 ?

I strongly doubt it.
Since only POTX, POTY, OSC3 and ENV3 are readable in the first place and POTX and POTY are not connected on the SSI-2001, the only sensible use would be for pseudo-random number generation, but a game that supports multiple sound cards would not use the sound card for that.
