Got a Voodoo 3 3000 and it works with Madden 99 in d3d but not glide - get a black screen. I can check later as to what drivers I'm using but can anyone recommend
the version they're having the least trouble with? On the game CD it has drivers for the Voodoo/voodoo2/Banshee but not V3.

The driver version is 4.12.01.1222 if anyone's interested. Another game, EA Sports NCAA Football 99 also crashes but got it going with adding "v" to the command line.
Guess the V3 doesn't like the sports titles from EA Sports. Can somebody recommend the drivers they're using for playing games in the 98-2000 era with success?

Try out the latest WHQL version 1.07.00 for Win 9x/ME: http://3dfx.info/downloads/voodoo3-10700.zip
And here is the latest Beta driver: http://3dfx.info/downloads/voodoo3-10700b.zip

Tried those, Madden 99 runs in glide mode but crashes during exiting the game which is strange. May try the earlier drivers
to see if there's any difference.
