I'm struggling to find the right output cable for this card. I still have the input breakout box, but I lost the output cord long ago, never really used it back then so it got stashed away somewhere, and lost along the way.

Searching around on ebay led me to buying a cable with part number 6110004801, which is rather easy to find. This does not fit the output connection on my card though. I've not found another part for ATI outputs though.

Anyone know what the correct part number or cable for this is? Or better yet, have one to spare they could sell me?
