I need a hand with this, i installed VDM Sound, the latest release, and then installed Abandon loader, but abandon loader doesnt recognise that VDM sound exists, is there any specific configuration i need to do to either of them to get them to see each other?

I have no idea what that Abandon Loader is, but how about

1) Create a BAT/CMD-file to launch the game.
2) Create a short-cut to the BAT/CMD-fi.e.
3) Use VDMSound/LaunchPad to configure the game.
4) Instruct Abandon Loader to use the game short-cut to load the game.

???

Hello. I ran into the same problem today. I had VDMSound 2.0.4, but I decided to upgrade to VDM 2.1.0 Beta. After installing, the program I sometimes use to launch old games with ease, Abandon Loader ( http://www.angelfire.com/realm/zeroone/ ) stopped seeing VDMSound. 😢

From what I know, and I don't know much, there is no way of pointing Abandon Loader to VDMSound, it simply sees it. Or it used to. Even after I uninstalled 2.1.0b, reinstalled 2.0.4 AL wouldn't see VDMSound anymore. Doesn't matter how many restarts, uninstall-restart-install-restarts, no matter which version of VDMSound I go to, nothing. It seems completely gone. 😵

What to do now? 😅

Thanks in advance.
