The attachment TFS test MIDI.mp3 is no longer available

This sweet tune is what plays when you test the MIDI output in the Terminator: Future Shock setup program. But, it doesn't appear to be a part of the actual game soundtrack.

Seems a bit weird to compose such a banging track just for the MIDI test. Unless it's from somewhere else and wasn't composed for the game. Does anyone recognise it?

I have heard the same track in "Elkmoon murder" sound setup program and i imagine it is simply a test track of whatever sound library the games use. I do like that track very much too.

I have heard this tune in several games that use the same sound system , it's just a test tune bundled with the libraries I would guess

Super street fighter 2 turbo uses that tune in it's setup program too. Yeah, it is cool.

I have this midi file named as "HMI SetSound music.mid", so it is probably indeed the default test-tune for this specific driver/setup software.

Thanks for the replies confirming my suspicion. Glad to know that others recognise and like the track!

Can confirm that Terminator:FS uses HMI sound software.
