What the ...

I know this is a sought after item but collectors seem to get rather crazy. I wonder if someone will bid on this one.

And while we are at it: Are there any PC games collectors here? How many items does your collection comprise? Have you chosen a special genre for collecting?

I hope not! It really aggrivates me the amount of sheet profiteering that goes on with old games. If people have stupid bid frenzies then that's up to them but having a ridculous start price... /rant over

I agee. I doubt anyone will bit on it that high. It should get up to around 150 - 200 on regular bidding, but not much higher than that.

I'd love that game for my collection, but I'd never pay more than 100 for it.

Better hold on to my copy of Leather Goddess of Phobos then. With prices like that, it should provide me with a nice little nest egg the day I retire 😀

Seriously, I do not really collect games, but I have a soft spot for anything that is old and out of the ordinary. So I do my bit of probing and rummaging around when I happen to pass by a game shop. I don't know exactly how many games I have... I guess around 30-35, mostly adventures and turn-based strategy games.

I do collect but I don't care about keeping boxes or other unecessary stuff. So I'm not a collector for the $$, just a collector of stuff I like. The list of all my games is in my NT Game Compatibility List in Deep Thought.
