I bought Lenovo E480 one week ago, and now it has problems with memory. Firstly I had blue screen error with Code: IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL. And later when I decided to check memory by Memory Diagnostics I got: Hardware problems were detected in blue screen and later after restart: Your computer has a memory problems, it can cause a lose information or stop working ...

What problem is it? Can you help me please?

This seems to be a fair bit newer than what people are used to dealing with here.

If you bought it from a retailer or other place that has to offer a warranty ... take it back, it is broken.

If you have no warranty, you can try replacing the memory modules ... you require 2400mhz DDR4 RAM SO-DIMM modules. If that doesn't fix it, it is probably a system board failure.
