Dear All,
I recently acquired a DELL 7000 laptop (PII 300Mhz, 128MB RAM) but it seems its floppy drive is defective. I was planning to install Win98SE to play some DOS and light Win98 games on it, but obviously with the floppy drive not functional, I can't do anything.
Is there an method to convert the boot disk to bootable ISO?
I have consulted and tried the following suggestion, with no luck so far:
https://techenclave.com/threads/how-to-make-b … -win98se.16830/
https://forum.videohelp.com/threads/265606-ho … -file-onto-disk
I have tried PowerISO, IMGBurn, and WinImage with no luch: The .IMA image simply does not convert to a bootable ISO image.
Any help in order to get the CD drive as the source of installing OS' older than Win2K would be really appreciated.
Thanks!
