One of the GPUs on my Matrox Millennium G200 MMS (Quad G200) is reporting a Device ID of 0121 rather than 0521 and am wondering if others have seen this and/or know how to fix it please?

I tried forcing the driver, but this did not get it working, I have also tried using different motherboard PCI slots.
