Hi, I have a problem, that during the installtion I get an error, that certain files cannot be found. I tried the setup here from the archive and also one from the floppy.

Both setups show different errors.

The setup from here shows that he cannot find the readme.txt. at 53%. In this version i can skip it and the installation continues and finishes. But I do not see the joystick either if I connect it to the soundcard or the onboard gameport.

The original instalaltion gives me an error direct at the beginning and I can only cancel it.

Update, the installation worked with the files from the archive, the error had no effect, I just forgot the old days that you have to add the joystick manually 😁 .

BUT....the joystick is only recognized through the mainboard gameport but not the sound card, and as soon as I once plug in the joystk, the whole sound in windows and dos is gone. I can only restore it by uninstalling the drivers. Is there any solutions for the problem?

EDIT 2: Ahh dammit, forgot to disable the onboard gameport in BIOS, now everthing is fine.
