mount c drive commands didnt work ?

please nead help i be very greatfull for info . i like to play my old retro startrek game on my windows xp but my windows xp dose not play the old dos games .so i downloaed the dosbox to see if that solved the problem but we cannot get the dosbox to mount c drive

What is the exact command that you're typing, and what exactly does DOSBox say back?

we followed the instuction from info file from dosbox the two mount commands neigher of them worked ..it came up with no c in dosbox invalid no c in dosbox .

if this dosnt help to solve problem i will get my father to explin but thats what happened

Please, type in here the exact commands you typed into Dosbox.
