I have this lockup problem only after loading up windows 3.11 a second time after booting to dos 6.22. For example, after loading windows, exit, then windows again. As soon as I try to load windows again, I get a network card error and the system freezes. I have to do a cold boot if I want to load windows …..

MEM TEST reports no errors for my RAM.

What can I do to try to troubleshoot this Hardware problem? Maybe my network card is flaky? It works good on a cold boot.
