Posting it here mostly for convenience sake and archiving. Original graphs are stored in flash format, which were not updated for modern browsing and most likely never will be. So I've ripped swf files (archive included) directly, for ease of access in image viewers like XnView (via flash plugin) or stand-alone flash players. I'll probably redo these graphs later.
Additionally I've revised provided excel file and changed order of cards roughly by their hardware capabilities. AA+AF tests of some cards are grouped together.
Test setup:
• AMD Athlon XP 3000+ (2166 MHz)
• Motherboard MSI KT7 Ultra-2 (VIA KT333)
• RAM 1 GB DDR SDRAM 400 (most likely working at 333 Mhz)
• HDD Seagate Barracuda 7200.7 80GB SATA
• OS Windows XP SP2; DirectX 9.0c
• Monitor Mitsubishi Diamond Pro 2070sb (22")
• VSync - off
Drivers:
• ATI Rage 128 Pro - ????? (probably 3.279)
• ATI 6.476 (CATALYST 4.9)
• NVIDIA Forceware 65.76
• 3dfx Amigamerlin 3.0
• S3 Savage4 - 8.40.02
• S3 Savage2000 — 9.21.01
• SIS Xabre - ????? (probably 3.5.302)
• PowerVR Kyro — 21.00.07
• Matrox G400/G550 — 5.92.006
• Matrox Parhelia — 1.07.00
• XGI Volari - ????? (probably latest official during 2004)
• S3 DeltaChromeS8 — 15.10.11

FX 5800/FX 5800 Ultra have abysmally low scores in Doom 3, so I've marked them in red. That's probably an error.
I've also revised excel file from this article (graphs are still readable directly): https://www.ixbt.com/video2/over2003-p1.shtml (80 video cards from 1999-2003 period)
Cards are adjusted by price.
