I got this, but I don't know what it is. It looks like a video card, does anyone know what it is?

Is it some kind of capture card?

This looks like a card for a CCTV system. A lot of camera inputs and some In and Outputs for Alarm sensors and other devices.

More specifically, it is either a clone or an OEM version of Geovision's GV-800 D-Type (or the Geovision is a clone/OEM version of this card).
