I recently got a 8433UUD, after modding the RTC with a new battery, I can at least save settings and boot into DOS.

But the next issues is, that no ISA card is being recognized (tested a few that are 100% working). Are there any known issues with ISA Slots on that board?

Already confirmed that the slots are receiving 5V/12V - what else can I check with simple tools (basic multimeter) ?

Any chance of testing the 74F244PC/74LS245N?
