Install guide:
1. Install Windows 98SE with the USB Image, use "Setup 1" in the boot menu.
2. Service Pack 3
3. Chipset drivers
4. Audio drivers
5. Video drivers, update video card manually in Device Manager and ignore the 1 file it cannot find.

This should allow sound blaster and midi sound in Doom and Duke Nukem 3D, but didn't in Commander Keen 6 or Stunts.
Quake 3 also works smoothly with 640x480.
