Has anybody been able to use Serdaco's OPL3LPT, TNDLPT and/or CMSLPT on a modern PC with DOSBox or any emulation software? (ie. PCem, 86Box, etc)

I believe there are PCI-Expresss parallel port cards but I believe these have issues with emulators?

You will have more issues from "Multitasking / Timesharing OS" to achieve accurate timing on LPT.
