I have a Windows 98 virtual machine, but I got an error: The SHELL32.DLL file is linked to missing export SHLWAPI.DLL:tFileAttributesA.

The attachment bandicam 2022-12-30 20-29-09-513.jpg is no longer available

Are there ways to address this problem?
