This is high end ethernet 10/100/1000 card PCI-X.

I know about the PCI-X, I can plug it into regular PCI.

Yet I could not find information on this about DOS and windows 98SE driver support.

There is a Win98SE / ME driver. Intel Network Adapter Software Version 8.4 has it and so does 10.1.
In v8.4 there is a DOS driver folder. Win98SE driver: http://www.vogonsdrivers.com/getfile.php?file … 902&menustate=0
