how can i get NTFS working?
i tryied with SP3... but i get Blue Screen.. maybe i miss the large disk patch or something.
can anyone advice me?

Install NT or Linux, you shouldn't use NTFS with DOS or 9x.

You could also try NTFSDOS. Or avoid that headache entirely and just share the drive's contents from another machine.
