I've recently upgraded a machine in our environment from 21H2 to 22H2 and DOSBox no longer launches. Has anyone else had issues getting DOSBox to launch on Windows 10 22H2?

Nope. Works same as always. I updated to 22h2 recently as well. What do you mean by "no longer launches"? An error? A crash? Nothing?

I've tried with a fresh Windows10 22H2 install and a fresh install of DOSBox. When attempting to open DOSBox before even opening any apps or making config changes I get a command window flash for a brief second but nothing else.

I dunno. Try deleting dosbox.conf from Dosbox's folder as well as any conf files in c:\Users\<yourusername>\AppData\Local\DOSBox\
Also make sure dosbox.exe has administrative and write privileges.
