Old thread, but I had a similar problem. I have three AIW 9600 cards, but only two of these pigtails. Mine has a slightly different part number (6110015300) but looks identical to the 6110017300.
I made a pinout diagram to explore potentially making a breakout board that plugs into the connector. Making a replica cable is more or less impossible because of the weird proprietary Wieson connector. The company that made the connector still exists, but they have no information on the connector.
It has a standard pin pitch of 2.0mm, so rigging up something using individual pin headers should be possible. I've tried some of those "Amazon special" 2.54mm pin headers and they fit in the socket, but they're too wide. I need to order some 2.0mm variants to wire up the necessary pins. Thankfully there are a decent number of ground pins, so not all of the pins need to be used.
