Use WSUS offline to build an updater.
It will install all the official patches for XP.
You really don't want to be using XP to browse the Internet anymore. Most pages are not even going to work at all as most of them have started blocking older browsers.
For AV, Comodo might be the best that still supports XP.
Looks like AVG and Avast still have some support as well.
For XP you have chrome 86, and still works great for most web
Or mypal 68, based on ff 68, still fine
I use XP as my main os without problems for web surfing

Eewww... Maybe I am just a bit too paranoid. I like fully up to date browsers that will work fine with all modern pages as well as ones that have the security holes fixed.
Chrome 86 works fine, the html5 test is great, 528 points
The attachment chrome.gif is no longer available
As my main browser i do a lot of bank & goverment stuff, i buy airplane/train tickets etc. and never find any problems or web not working for now of course sadly will change in near future
The only problem right now, is that there is no DRM support in chrome 86+XP , for netflix i still need to use firefox+silverlight. Im not happy with this, but is a small price to use XP, a OS i hope no need to change in a near future
