A friend gave me an ATI radeon 9800PRO for free.
He told me the card was working long time ago , but he took the heatsink off and it stopped working. I was looking for big capacitors, maybe some of those is bad, and those look ok.

Then i removed the thermal paste and noticed:

1) The corners of the dye are very scratched, could that be the reason for the card not to work?
2) Near the dye there are 3 really small caps missing, after i removed the thermal paste i was able to find those with a magnifying glass

those 3 caps could be the problem? are those caps? what value of uf and smd size could those be?
