i googled : "386 mainboard 7 isa" then pictures. its exactly the 11th picture in my search.

Also looks like an OEM Chaintech 386AC P102 https://theretroweb.com/motherboards/s/chaintech-386ac-p102 and an Abit AB-FA3 https://theretroweb.com/motherboards/s/abit-ab-fa3
most all those boards are made from the same reference design...
