Hi all, first time posting here...

I just bought this ALS4000 for a Fujitsu S220 I intend on using for MS-DOS/Win98 gaming (Yes, I know of the 12V mod, thank you @Prez, they're the reason I'm getting it ).

But looking at the picture, I don't see a midi wavetable header, as I'd like to get one:

Maybe I can solder a header? But there's other components missing... Any ideas what I can do? or should I look for another card for SB/ADlib/MIDI builtin?

This card looks to have one and is very similar I just recently got this card. According to the data sheet it does support external devices and I read that extends to the midi/gameport. Have you considered getting a gameport to midi header adapter? And if you still want the gameport their are gameport extenders.
