Best boot manager that can boot from CD?

I've tried out System Commander 2000 to try to dualboot Windows 95 and 98SE, but I required a floppy disk in order to install another OS, which I did not have. I did have a bootable 95 CD, but the thing is, I don't know how to boot from CD with System Commander 2000. Can anyone recommend me a boot manager that works with 98SE that can install another OS from CD? I use a Compaq Armada E500, 700mhz Pentium 3 with 64mb RAM.

Siemens Nixdorf D1064 ❌

I also currently have Windows 98SE installed on the laptop, if that helps at all.

So you want to boot Win95 and Win98se. Just curious, is there a piece of software are you using that requires Win95 that won't work on Win98se?

Anyway, are you going to use two separate hard drives or two sperate partitions or are you trying to dual boot from the same volume?
