I've attached the relevant help file below, but it originally came from this driver CD. The file name is LIVE.HLP. It works on Win9x and WinXP, but I can't seem to open it on Win7 and up. Here's an example of the AUD_EXT pinout from that help file:

Anyway, open the file, then search it for "pin assignment" and it will give you a bunch of stuff, including some things that aren't on SBLive cards at all, like SB-Link and the memory upgrade module for the AWE64. I figured it might be useful to someone.
