Yes, i put a pentium 200 in it. Originally was a pwnrtium 120, and i swapped the processors, but bios and benchmarks still sees the pentium 120... and i don't know how to change it.

There must be multiplier/ fsb jumpers on the motherboard, you should be able to find something online though in an IBM I'd almost expect it in the case or printed on the motherboard

There is a PDF-documentation, too (see Jumper Manual there: https://theretroweb.com/motherboard/manual/33957.pdf), it shows only frequencies up to 100 MHz (66 x 1,5).
It seems to be so, that only a Multiplier of 1,5x is possible. If so, I just wonder how your CPU does 120 MHz (= 60 MHz x 2,0)....Maybe your mainboard-revision is another one (more modern) than the shown revision Type G-1 on The Retroweb
