FasMath, Atmel chipset and MR.BIOS? Three 'firsts' for me so I had to have it! 😀
The Varta had its way with it so at some point in the future I'll have to do a proper repair of the affected area, but fortunately for now everything works.
Did a bit of research on the Atmel chipset, and it seems to be a clone/remarking of OPTi 82C391, which is a bit disappointing. Oh well...
Unlike more common BIOSes, the MR.BIOS doesn't have an ID string, or I haven't looked where I should, so I couldn't find anything about the manufacturer.
The model is also missing from TH99, UH19 and UltimateRetro (but I think this won't be for long, so I'm attaching the BIOS and a full-res pic).

nice. does it still function given the damage the battery did ?

Right to repair is fundamental. You own it, you're allowed to fix it.

Given the damage to the power and keyboard traces that's really good to hear. I like the red resistor packs. Any manufacturer markings on the back of the board?

None whatsoever. Only the manufacturing date: 9149.
Board works (up to BIOS, at least). Played a bit there and I absolutely love the MR.BIOS, finally understood why it's so much sought after 😀

Deksor will want the BIOS for it !

Hate posting a reply and then have to edit it because it made no sense 😁 First computer was an IBM 3270 workstation with CGA monitor. https://archive.org/details/@horun

Get the DLC-40 and 80MHz crystal generator next and it will be four 'firsts' 😀

Yeah, exact same board! Atmel 40391 confirmed to be the same as OPTi 391...

Added everything to UR.net 😀

Thanks!

Got one of those (or is it a 33 that works no problem at 40?). Crystal, guess I can grab one from another board 😁

Alternatively, you can get a DLC-33, if you don't wanna change the crystal. Your Fasmath is 40MHz, so I thought upgrading the whole thing to 40MHz would be a better option.
