If you look closer at the picture, there is version 1.10 printed on the board - not 1.04 as description says.

First time hearing about p2b fakes.
Looks pretty legit copy-cat work from the pictures.

If the early P2B versions are only used with Katmay cpu and if the BIOS is left intact they are probably all fine, I think ?.
According to the Roland Scheidegger paper the revisions starting with 1.12 are fine for Coppermines too.

3 BF jumpers is totally normal because that enables additional frequency dividers (for example 133/33) which are not available with 3 jumpers.

What's so unusual about that?

Below an overview of two common scenarios. There are unfortunately also ASUS boards (like f.e. P2B-D rev 1.06) that have the later clock generator with 16 settings in combination with the early 3-pin jumper block with 8 options.

I was able to update the BIOS to the latest 1012 (using UniFlash 1.40 in DOS, with the appropriate flash file provided by soggi, thank you soggi! 😀)

As expected (thanks for everyone shedding light on this), my Coppermine 650 did not work. I searched my entire collection, and could not find a suitable PIII (fine a 850EB! 😀, which of course could not work), so at the moment I have to revert back to my PII 400 that came pre-installed with the system)

Say, is jump from my PII-400 to a 600+ PIII that noticeable in mid-late 90's FPS games? I mean I tend to play my games at maximum of 800x600 on GeForce 5200, with NO acceleration (I know, that's crazy)

The jump will be noticeable, the core is 50% faster and profits off the faster cache on the Coppermine chips. But realistically most games from that time perform decently on slower hardware so I wouldn't worry about it too much.
A 400MHz PII is a very authentic CPU for an early P2B too. You can always build a faster system on a newer platform if you feel you need more power.
