Watched it the other day. Good video overall but I feel like you could expand on two things to showcase its flexibility:
+ Fluidsynth/SF2 GM Support - While the supplied General User SF2 is OK it can load pretty damn HUGE SF2s that would be impossible on most vintage machines, and even if you don't want to go to that extreme there are way better soundfonts like Masterpiece that make this thing shine.
+ Ability to remote control it from the command line using mt32-pi-control (which lets you switch from MUNT to Fluidsynth and between ROMs/SF2s on the fly, as well as reset the device if you need it)
That would probably help drive the point across that it is actually the whole package, makes having any other MIDI device redundant..
