I just received mobo, which known one of the best for overclock.
Was working in previous configuration as 115x5.5 = 633 with zero problems, BUT it was with standard IDE HDD drives.
I'm using Startech IDE-SATA converter, which is working great on 100x6 = 600mhz (K6-3+ 600). 110, 115 bus - is getting me weird stuff and refusing of loading full autoexec.bat, not windows 98 either....
Is SATA-IDE configuration sensitive to overclock?
I'm using A-DATA 120GB SATA SSD. again - No problems of using it at normal 100mhz bus speed, when PCI and AGP is 66 and 33 as well.

Switch to a sata card. And disable the onboard IDE.

Btw in the k6 aiming for the stars thread there is a performance modded bios for that mobo I believe.
