I am trying to play a game.
The file folder CANDYLND is under the following path:
C:\OLDGAMES\

The folder CANDYLND contains two things:

CANDYLND.cue
CANDYLND.bin

After correctly mounting the CANDYLND folder, I try to IMGMOUNT the .bin and get "use parameter -size bps,spc,hps,cyl to specify the geometry."

Am I going about this in the right way? If so, how do I find the geometry parameter from the file?

If not, what should I do?

Thanks jmarsh! I followed your clear directions and gave the following commands:

C:\CANDYLND>IMGMOUNT D CANDYLND.cue -t cdrom

The console then read:
MSCDEX installed.
Drive D is mounted as C:\OLDGAMES\CANDYLND\CANDYLND.cue

I am unsure how to proceed since there is not an .exe file to run. I only have the .bin and .cue. What comes next?

The D: drive *SHOULD* be accessible and have the actual files (including any .EXE) in it. If D: still shows a .BIN and .CUE as contents, there's something weird going on.
