OK, that is a M748LMRT not a M573. We have different boards. I know nothing about this one.
"This all reminds me when i took the windows vista sticker thingy off my old laptop, and on my washing machine as a joke. A few days later said washing machine stopped working. I still think this cannot be a coincidence."
Oh, sorry about that!
Thank you for the advice though
I just picked up a PC Chips ATX form card for my Asus TXP4 motherboard, but it did not have the original 18-pin flat ribbon cable. I was able to find one Amazon and it works just fine. Just wanted to pass this along in case anyone else was in the same situation.

Recently became interested in these, but just realised on seeing some pictures, that I might have one, possibly two partially populated ones, with just the USB ports implemented. I will have to look closely at them to see if it is possible to at least add the PS/2 port.

I found this online at CablesOnline for only $7.99. I ordered one and will see if it works.

I just tried the one I purchased from CablesOnline.com and it works. Nice to know there is an $8 solution for those who need one.

I also tested one in my Asus P5A-B and it works perfectly!

Good to know. I have that board as well but I have the original PS/2 bracket for it. I ordered one for my ASUS SP97-V. Hope it works... 😀
Wow, a Socket 370 / Slot 1 hybrid MB with AT power and DIN-5 keyboard connector. Not something you can encounter every other day.
Is it not? Gotta make a mental note to add an extra two "RARE"s to the listing if I sell an M748LMRT, RARE RARE RARE RARE RARE should do it then 🤣

Hello,
Sorry to resurrect this thread, but at cablesOnline they are not answering.
Can someone help? Maybe buy one and ship here?
I am in Italy…

My Asus TXP4 is supposed to use one of these, but I chose to use separate brackets for the USB and PS/2 mouse and wire them into the header. They are both easily purchased on Ebay and the job is pretty simple if you know the pinout for each.

I tried this route too, but apparently I am vary bad in finding brackets on EBay….

This one looks like it ships to Italy:

Yes…
No one in EU.
And no brackets also.
Strange

Looks like that adapter sold but there are USB brackets that go to Italy here:

And cablesonline has a PS2 one here but shipping may be a bit high to Italy:

Actually here is a slightly cheaper PS2 option with parallel:
