They have a pair of 5.25" bays which is perfect for CD or DVD drive, plus 1.44MB floppy. Plus you get modern benefits of increased case airflow (dual front 120mm fans, one rear), bottom mounted PSU, decent cable management, etc.
I have a couple of these cases I use on a Windows 98 and XP build respectively.
