Hi, i need to manually power on a AT PS, dont have a connector or case
I have blue, brown, black and white colors. Someone remember what colors i need to connect to what other color?

Generally blue to white and brown to black (that's IEC to American colors for neutral and live), but why guess when you can check? 😀
+Take a continuity tester (aka beep mode on a multimeter), put one wire on one of the outer pins of the socket for the power cable (that's often called IEC C14) and try the switch cables until you find the right wire (probably blue or brown);
+Repeat with the other - you now have the two wires coming from the wall;
+Now measure between the poles on the switch, you will find either nothing if it's off (then push it and try again) or 2 pairs if it's on;
+Connect the 2 wires you found in step 2 to one pair each (so, they must remain not connected to each other);
+The remaining 2 wires go to the 2 remaining pins, order should not matter at this point

Something tells me you don't even have a switch, and with these questions don't get me wrong but probably you shouldn't be trying this. Sorry if this sound stupid but I want to make sure you are aware of this: the cables that go to the switch of an AT PSU carry mains electricity.

No switch, is a old industrial PSU inside a robot, and someone lost the front panel, where the button, leds, etc
