Hi, all.

I'm in search of a ICS952603 datasheet.
It's a PLL chip, which was used in P4\P4-M era motherboards.

Any info on that IC would be highly appreciated.

what exactly do you need? plenty of boards use this exact chip

I need pinout and a programmable register table.
An experiment to find an alternative PLL chip to drive a Pentium-M on 266Mhz (4x66.6mhz clock) bus instead of 400/533.

Thanks! I found the exact same schematic yesterday.
Seems like I can use any "CK409 Compliant Clock Synthesizer" datasheet for reference, e.g. ICS952606
Absence of any official documentation for ICS952603/RTM363-205 is strange though.

maybe RTM363-205 is same as RTM363-210 https://datasheetspdf.com/pdf-file/706049/REA … EK/RTM363-210/1

or maybe 952601 has same pinout ? It is also CK409 clock...probably already checked it but just in case 😀

There are differences in pinouts and number of clock lanes between CK-409 compatible ICs, but at least there's a schematic with a ICS952603 pinout.
Thanks! That is something I can work with now.
