When I pull the inventory window all the way to the top, the graphics get corrupted. I have to keep it just slightly away from the top to prevent this. Is there a fix for this? Thank you.

Not lazy, just absent-minded. It did not occur to me at the time to try a search first. My apologies.
If I am reading that info correctly, a solution was found but I guess I will have to wait for a future version of DosBox for implementation.
You can try one of the un-official (read: upcoming) builds of DOSBox and see if one of the planned changes will fix the problem:
