I've very close to getting tomb raider working 100% (apart from the chroma keying).

i have opera installed but not running it.
i close every other windows when testing, so no task manager running.
I tried RReady in my Intel HD graphics of Pentium G2020
Sub Culture: works barely with DxWnd, lots of freezes to handle.
Soda: Crashes, mentions driver file in event viewer crash
Mdk: crashes same as Soda.
More testing later

Do these games work without DxWnd?
Sub Culture and MDK should definitely work without issue.
[EDIT] SODA menus won't work.

No change. I added for Sub Culture since the game was as slow as running a program in Realtime. The graphics look odd as well: I will add it shortly from my other PC.
MDK and Soda crashes in the ig7icd32.dll, something DxWnd doesn't intercept for violations.

They run on Haswell Pentium dual core (win 10, no hyperthreading) alright except for soda's menus.
What Gpu have you got in there and what os is this?
ICR2 runs on my Pentium but not on an i7 2600/hd2000 nor an 8th gen i3 with uhd 620.

Tombren on my current live build renders videos with corruption in the dosbox window if Rr. Exe is run in the same dosbox window. You'll have to run tombren blindly or through a batch file.
Rr won't render correctly with the released builds. The video issue seems to be related to vesa/vga support with rendition active. The videos render in vga mode 19 (13h) 320x200/256 colours.
At the moment with rendition active native vga/vesa calls are blocked.

Yes, but there's more than one revision of the driver. Just check whether it's the last Intel supplied one or an ms whql version.

Whql? If I am not wrong drivers are whql certified. Do you mean Windows Standard VGA? I got the driver from Intel's site

No, I mean Windows 10 has newer revisions of the intel drivers (for compatibility with windows updates). The graphics capabilities are the same, but some WDDM bugs are sometimes fixed by Intel but not published on the intel website as an official release. I think I once noticed a Windows update supplied driver which was newer than the last know intel version.
Different intel drivers come with different sets of nasties. Pretty much all Intel HD drivers are nasty from an RReady point of view and compatibility with HD2000, HD4000 (Intel HD/Pentium) and UHD620vary wildly. Some things work perfectly with HD2k, not with the rest. It's a gamble as to what'll work. Even performance varies with the winners being randomly chosen between HD4000 and UHD 620. UHD620 is probably the most problematic of them all.

i had win10 there and the driver versions were same; unless MS sneakily changes the driver without editing the build number

i cannot force cart to work on 2 cores (even with gtx1660) in win11, but works in win8.1

That's really weird. When you say force, do you mean get it run at any sort of framerate?
