Wrong board, but just use your existing card plus a hdmi->vga dongle.

If your GPU has a DVI-I port, you can use a simple, passive DVI to VGA adapter.

This is possible on my GTX 970 for example.

PC#1: Pentium MMX 166 / Soyo SY-5BT / S3 Trio64V+ / Voodoo1 / YMF719 / AWE64 Gold / SC-155
PC#2: AthlonXP 2100+ / ECS K7VTA3 / Voodoo3 / Audigy2 / Vortex2
PC#3: Core 2 Duo E8600 / Foxconn P35AX-S / X800 / Audigy2 ZS
PC#4: i5-3570K / MSI Z77A-G43 / GTX 970 / X-Fi

I know that my GTX 980 had a DVI port that could do VGA output with a passive dongle, but I am pretty sure that the DVI connector on my Gigabyte GTX 1070 Ti could not since it was DVI-D only. I have successfully used a Startech Displayport to VGA adapter to play Control on my 19" CRT, which looked pretty great at 1024x768.

Yah my 1060 is digital only, I think it was spotty depending on manufacturer back to 4x0 series whether there was analog or not. If you've got two DVI and a DVI to HDMI in one of them, and only a digital port left, check under that, some cards had one with analog, one with digital, I think you get higher HDMI res on the digital one also.
